While we are not lawyers or psychologists, our approach focuses on understanding each partner's perspective and providing practical solutions to manage and resolve disputes. We offer both online and in-person sessions to accommodate your needs.

1. Initial Consultation: Schedule an initial consultation to discuss the nature of the conflict and choose the appropriate package.
2. Individual Meetings:
   
   • Conduct one-on-one meetings with each partner to listen to their concerns and gather information, without the other partner present.
   • Each partner will receive a list of questions prior to the individual meeting to help them prepare their thoughts and answers.

1. Group Meeting: Facilitate a group meeting where all partners come together to discuss the issues and work towards mutually agreeable solutions.

1. Introduction (10 minutes)
   
   • Welcome and introductions.
   • Overview of the meeting structure and objectives.
   • Ground rules for respectful communication and active listening.

1. Discussing Each Partner's Concerns (30 minutes)
   
   • Each partner will have 15 minutes to speak about their concerns and perspectives without interruption.
   • Partner A: 15 minutes
   • Partner B: 15 minutes
   • During this time, I will take notes and ask clarifying questions if necessary to fully understand each partner’s viewpoint.

1. Offering Suggestions for Resolution (30 minutes)
   
   • Based on the individual meetings and the concerns raised during the group discussion, I will provide tailored suggestions and strategies for resolving the conflicts.
   • The focus will be on practical, actionable steps that can be taken to address the issues and improve the partnership.
   • I will also offer insights on how to prevent similar conflicts in the future and how to strengthen communication and collaboration.

1. Collaborative Discussion and Feedback (30 minutes)
   
   • Partner A: 15 minutes
   • Partner B: 15 minutes

1. Conclusion and Next Steps (20 minutes)
   
   • Summarize key points and agreed-upon action steps.
   • Establish a follow-up plan.
   • Provide information on follow-up support.

1. Group Resolution Meeting Summary and Action Plan: Email all partners within 24 hours after the conclusion of the group meeting.
   
   • Agreed-Upon Plan: A summary of key points and actions that all partners have agreed upon during the meeting.
   • Unresolved Conflicts: Clarification on any areas where consensus was not reached, or conflicts remain unresolved.
   • Follow-Up Plan: Establishing a plan for monitoring progress and addressing outstanding issues to ensure agreed actions are implemented effectively.

1. One 30-minute follow-up call: With each partner to ensure the resolution strategies are being implemented effectively.

• Initial Individual Meetings: Two separate one-hour meetings with each partner to understand their perspectives and concerns.
• Group Resolution Meeting: One two-hour group meeting to discuss the concerns raised in the individual meetings and work towards conflict resolution.
• Follow-Up Support:
  
  • Group Resolution Meeting Summary and Action Plan: Emailed summary of the group resolution meeting, including key points discussed, actions agreed upon, unresolved issues, and the follow-up plan.
  • One 30-minute follow-up call with each partner to ensure the resolution strategies are being implemented effectively.

Price: $500

• Individual Meeting: One additional one-hour meeting with the new partner.
• Group Resolution Meeting: Extend the group meeting by 30 minutes per additional partner.
